Surya Systems Inc is looking to recruit a US IT Recruiter, individual with end to end recruiting cycle, especially with extensive experience in sourcing candidates from the market leveraging all the channels for US geography.

Job Description

3 to 5 years for experience in US IT recutting

• Responsible for sourcing profiles through various job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder Tech fetch, Job Diva and LinkedIn.
• Should be able to work on C2C / W2 / 1099 based requirements Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittals ratio between Interview / Placement.
• Responsible for job postings, search strings, mass emails, referencing.
• Connecting with the candidates and carrying out a thorough vetting on their current / previous project and responsibility undertaken per project as well as details of their work authorization.
• Carry out salary / rate negotiations with potential candidates.
• keeping good relationship with Clients and Vendors
• Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates.
• Work with the client team and the candidate to take them thru the entire life cycle.
• Meeting daily & weekly targets by submitting a quality candidate.
• Sending daily performance report to the account / recruitment manager.
• Sound knowledge on IT Skills and latest Technologies.
