What will you contribute? Working as part of the sales team, you will provide support to the sales process through delivery of solution demonstrations and providing subject matter expertise in the proposal process and other pre-sales activities. Maintain and enhance the demonstration environment to maximize the efficacy of use case scenarios and in-depth examples. Responsibilities & Deliverables : Your deliverables as a Solutions Consultant will include, but are not limited to, the following : Conduct a solution demonstration focusing on functional capabilities that will highlight business and operations value benefits.
Maintain and update the central demonstration systems to ensure complete and accurate data, accounts, product set, and system parameters.
Recommend how we can better position our solutions with a focus on technology and architecture advancement.
Use your technical expertise to help in building winning solutions on the Central Demo system or on client client-specific environment as part of Proof of Concept exercises.
Function as subject matter expert in the preparation of request for proposals (RFP / RFI) and other information requests.
Assist with aligning solutions with prospect needs at the request of GSC and sales team members.
Work with and provide training and assistance for regional Sales and GSC teams in the designated application areas in their efforts to maintain customer retention and client satisfaction.
Incorporate company knowledge of competitive strengths and weaknesses into solution demonstrations.
Ensure that identified product gaps are communicated to the Product Management organization and coordinate with Development teams to ensure alignment of product roadmap

Knowledge / Skills Required : Knowledge of financial institution operations
Superior communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to engage financial institution executives
Required Experience : 5+ years' experience working in a financial institution or financial software provider
5+ years of experience in Global Pay Plus or a related Payment system is highly preferred
Sales demonstrations of financial services software preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Education / Certifications Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Formal training in presentation skills preferred.
Physical Demands : Ability to receive, express, or exchange detailed information through oral and written communication.
Ability to see and operate a computer.
Work Environment : Work is performed in a general office environment.
50% travel may be required.
Must have a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally on short term assignments.
