Senior Odoo Developer

About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Odoo Developer who can take charge of our Odoo ecosystem — someone who writes clean, scalable code and knows how to lead people. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things Odoo, guiding the team and ensuring our ERP runs seamlessly across all departments. What You’ll Do Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of Odoo modules. Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions within Odoo. Oversee code quality, reviews, and documentation to maintain high development standards. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery. Manage project workflows, task assignments, and progress reporting. Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices. Communicate clearly with management to align technical execution with business goals. Work with the AWS team for Odoo deployment and performance. Coordinate with Magento experts for system alignment. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (v13–v17 preferred). Expertise in Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and Odoo’s ORM & API frameworks. Proven experience in custom module development, workflow automation, and system integrations. Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a development team. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. ⭐ Nice to Have Odoo Certification (Technical or Functional). Hands-on experience managing full Odoo implementations. Basic understanding of AWS setup and deployment.
