People Management : Lead, train, and manage program teams and other managers, fostering professional development and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain relationships with funding partners, stakeholders, and other internal and external groups.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact program success.
Reporting and Compliance : Generate progress reports, ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, and maintain necessary documentation.
Collaboration : Work closely with senior management to integrate programs with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.
Skills & Experience :
14-17 years' overall experience with 10+ years of experience in program management in Telecom / Fintech domain.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end software project deliveries.
Proven experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence).
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
PMP and / or PRINCE2 certification is good to have.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and tracking.
Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations for clients, leadership, and project teams.
Flexible to travel as per project needs, including short-term or extended onsite engagements.
