SAP Techno-Functional Consultant - FICO Module

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant FICO to manage both functional and technical aspects of SAPs Finance & Controlling (FICO) module.

This role requires strong domain knowledge in finance processes, hands-on SAP configuration skills, and the ability to perform technical customizations, ABAP debugging, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, IT, and development teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA).
• Perform ABAP debugging to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
• Support end-to-end project activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user training sessions.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and apply SAP OSS notes as Skills & Experience :

Education : Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
