Role & Responsibilities :

• Maintain strong business relationships with all existing dealers and key accounts
• Understand dealer order cycles and ensure timely follow-up for reorders
• Design and execute structured retention programs to improve reorder frequency
• Analyze order data, client feedback, and identify patterns for potential churn
• Coordinate with CRM, Service, and Dispatch teams to ensure dealer satisfaction
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on retention metrics and client status
• Conduct occasional field visits to top clients for relationship reinforcement
• Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and enhance lifetime dealer value
• Report directly to senior management on CRR performance and client insights
• 1-5 years of experience in Account Management / B2B Sales / Client Success / CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
