Job Summary :
The Study Abroad Admission Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire admission process for students aspiring to study abroad. This includes guiding students through university shortlisting, application procedures, documentation, and visa assistance, while coordinating with international institutions and internal teams. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of global education systems.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Admission Counseling & Process Management
- Guide students through the admission process, including university and program selection, application submission, and offer acceptance.
- Ensure timely and accurate application processing for multiple study destinations (e.G., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
- Coordinate with students, parents, and partner institutions to ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor a team of admission officers and counselors.Set performance targets and regularly review team output.Provide training and updates on international admission guidelines.3. Liaison & Communication
Maintain strong relationships with university admission offices and academic partners abroad.Keep updated on admission criteria, deadlines, and changes in policy.Represent the organization in webinars, university fairs, and partner meetings.4. Documentation & Compliance
Verify academic records, financial documents, and other supporting documents for accuracy.Ensure compliance with country-specific and institutional requirements.Assist in SOP writing, visa filing documentation, and follow-up.5. Reporting & Data Management
Maintain admission records and prepare weekly / monthly reports.Track student progress throughout the application lifecycle.Use CRM tools for efficient student data and application management.
