About the Role Aspire Webs & Informatics Pvt Ltd is hiring Customer Support Representatives for two different processes— Domestic and International (USA) . Candidates will be assigned to one process based on skills, communication ability, and shift preference.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email.
Provide product / service information clearly and professionally.
Resolve issues or escalate to the concerned team when needed.
Maintain proper documentation and CRM records.
Deliver high customer satisfaction and meet response time targets.
Follow process guidelines specific to Domestic or USA support.
Requirements Strong communication skills
Domestic : English + Hindi
International (USA) : Excellent English (neutral / US-friendly accent preferred)
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to work in Day Shift for Domestic or Night Shift for USA process.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
