As a Clinic Manager you are in-charge, responsible and accountable for all actions of your staff members, events that take place in your designated clinic and incremental revenue generation and cost optimization .

Responsibilities :

As a Clinic Manager you are accountable and responsible for your clinics :

1. Financial Performance- Cost optimization and incremental revenue generation

2. Staff Discipline

3. Client care and welfare-Client Satisfaction

4. Staff care and welfare- Staff Performance / Individual revenue generation

5. Optimum utilization of resources to ensure profitability and reduce costs

6. Grievances – Technical, operational and from clients

7. Stock Inventory Management

8. To be aware of daily sales / Sales till date / monthly sales and Comparison with previous

months

9. Tracking and achieving monthly target

10. Responsible for training team members
