Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior AI / ML Mentor to guide and develop a team of 10–15 members with 0–3 years of Python experience. The ideal candidate will train, coach, and groom the team to work on real-world AI / ML use cases, helping them strengthen their technical foundation and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mentor and train junior team members in Python, AI, and Machine Learning concepts.
• Guide the team in applying AI / ML techniques to real business problems and customer use cases.
• Conduct hands-on sessions, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.
• Work closely with the management to track progress and ensure training goals are achieved.
