Role Description-

Seclude Hotels Home Style, based in New Delhi, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. As an Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operational activities while contributing to project management, procurement, logistics, vendor management, inventory management, and effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities-

• Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring of vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors, continuously evaluating their performance.
• Handle purchasing and inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.
• Assist with event preparations, including organizing décor, installing sound systems, and ensuring readiness before the event.
• Conducting property inspection by collaborating with property managers to ensure that room and area inspection, staff grooming is done regularly and CCTV and wifi is functioning at regular intervals.
• Perform checks at Head Office to make sure the office properties are in good shape and is there any need for replacement or repairs.
