Senior Architect

We seek an experienced Senior Architect to lead projects from concept to completion. You'll shape design narratives, mentor junior team members, and ensure our architectural intent is realized with precision.

• Responsibilities :
• Lead design development for residential / commercial projects, from schematic concepts to detailed execution.
• Produce technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents with meticulous accuracy.
• Spearhead client presentations, translating needs into thoughtful spatial solutions.
• Oversee on-site execution, resolving complex design and technical challenges.
• Guide material selection and sustainable design strategies tailored to Kerala's climate and craft traditions.
• Mentor junior architects and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and craftsmen.
• Ideal Candidate :
• Bachelor's / Master's in Architecture + 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating residential projects with strong technical detailing.
• Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Revit proficiency preferred).
• Leadership ability—you articulate design vision while nurturing team growth.
• Site-savvy—you understand how drawings translate to built form.
