Overview

: The S&OP Productivity Leader plays a critical role in driving cost savings and optimizing the supply network by leveraging data analytics and reporting. This individual is expected to lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and sub-teams focused on enhancing productivity across EM S&OP. Additionally, the Productivity Leader may spearhead, or support initiatives aimed at improving processes and systems to boost overall efficiency and operational effectiveness

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner w / S&OP Director & Regional Leaders to achieve performance metrics / kpi and identify improvement opportunities.
• Co-develop, monitor, and action supply chain key performance indicators.
• Direct and lead opportunity investigations, analysis, solution development & strategy support
• Lead execution of projects leading to productivity improvements
• Co-develop, monitor, and action key performance indicators.
