Job Description :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of soft services in the facility (e.g., housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
- Ensure all soft services are provided as per agreed standards and within allocated budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for the delivery of soft services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Manage the team responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and other soft services within the facility.
- Prepare and maintain reports on service quality, service requests, and incident management.
- Handle complaints and queries related to soft services and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and track the inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and other consumables.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of soft services.
- Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
- Manage emergency situations and coordinate responses as needed.
