Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IP Verification Manager based in Bengaluru / Noida The IP Verification Manager will oversee IP verification projects, develop verification plans, and manage testbench architectures. The role involves coordinating with design teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with IP verification, testbench development, and verification planning
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM, and other verification methodologies
• Knowledge of ASIC, FPGA, and SoC design principles
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex verification issues
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience in working with global teams and clients is a plus
