Senior Validation Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Validation Lead . This position requires a strong background in validation strategies and processes, with at least 6 years of experience ensuring quality and reliability throughout the product development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to define validation requirements and priorities.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing validation plans, protocols, and procedures that align with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Validation Strategy Development : Design and implement effective validation strategies and processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with development, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to define validation requirements and priorities.
• Regulatory Compliance : Develop and maintain validation plans, protocols, and procedures that meet regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA).
• Team Leadership : Manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
