About the Ventures Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, and corporate gifting or merchandising, with a passion for building long-term client partnerships and delivering impactful brand engagement solutions.
Key Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within the corporate gifting and merchandising industry.
- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and propose creative, brand-aligned gifting and merchandising solutions.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle - lead generation, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Work closely with internal design, operations, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Track sales performance, maintain sales pipelines, and provide timely reports and insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Proven experience (5-10 years) in B2B sales / business development.
Strong exposure to corporate gifting, merchandising, marketing solutions, or related industries (preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong negotiation abilities and experience in closing high-value deals.Ability to build and nurture a robust network of corporate clients.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
