Location : Any LTTS location

Qualification : BE / B.Tech / ME / M.tech

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Management :

Design and maintain Windchill server architecture (including clustered environments).
Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.

System Administration :

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.

Monitor system health and performance metrics.

Implement backup and recovery procedures.

File server Management

CAD and office workers

Support & Troubleshooting :

Lead technical support for Windchill-related issues (server-side and client-side).

Coordinate with CAD and PLM teams to resolve integration issues.

Liaise with software vendors for escalated support and updates.

Team Leadership :

Supervise and mentor Windchill system administrators.

Allocate resources and manage workload distribution.

Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Compliance & Documentation :

Ensure system compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and changes.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of experience in Windchill system administration and infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill.

Experience with server management (Windows / Linux), databases (Oracle / MS SQL), and network protocols.

Familiarity with CAD integrations (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Leadership experience in managing technical Skills :

Certifications in Windchill or related technologies.

Experience with cloud-based deployments and virtualization (VMware, Azure).

Understanding of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
