Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Trainee to join our team. This is a remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Verdeshell Technologies. The intern will be involved in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring processes, employer branding activities, conducting interviews, and managing recruiting tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Support : Assist in job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations : Support employee engagement initiatives and help address employee concerns.
HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and support documentation processes.
Training Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and development programs.
Qualifications
MBA or BBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR domain.
