Candidate should have excellent email writing skills .Should have excellent communication skills (US English) to understand the client requirements on call.

Should be able to interpret and follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual.

Must have an ability to handle work pressure.

Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPI’s.

Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.

Display high levels of accountability and responsibility.

Analytical and Logical Thinking.

Should have good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Basic computer Knowledge required.

Ability of self-learning on live job and Eye for Detail.

Should have speed and efficiency at work.

Creativity in problem solving.

Willingness to work in Night Shifts or odd shifts / weekends -Continuous night shifts / Rotational Shifts / Discontinuous night shift.

Should be able to understand the SOP to do the error free processing.

English US & Domestic Proficient Communication Skills.

Proficient Email writing Skills.
