Role Overview

The

Graphic Design Lead

will oversee the creative direction and execution of all visual content for Fraganote. You’ll manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that every asset reflects our brand values and creative standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver visually striking designs that tell stories, drive engagement, and elevate Fraganote’s identity across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Fraganote’s visual identity across all platforms.

Manage and mentor a team of designers and freelancers, fostering creativity and collaboration.

Conceptualize and design assets for campaigns, branding, packaging, web, and social media.

Ensure brand consistency and design quality across all visual outputs.

Translate strategic goals into impactful visual solutions that connect with target audiences.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams to align visual direction with business objectives.

Oversee design timelines, workflows, and deliverables to maintain high standards and timely output.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies—and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualification & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of professional design experience, with at least a year in a leadership or senior design role.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative range and brand-building experience.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.

Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and deadlines.

Bonus :

Experience in motion design, UI / UX, or digital product design.

Familiarity with social media design trends and storytelling through digital platforms.

Passion for brand building, art direction, and creative experimentation.
