Job Summary

As an Associate Product Manager at Enrich Money, you’ll work closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to develop products that simplify investment and trading for our users. You will play a critical role in shaping the product experience, helping us deliver seamless and impactful solutions for clients across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll do :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and develop innovative solutions.

Assist in defining the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.

Drive the development and launch of new features, ensuring they meet our high standards of usability and performance.

Analyse product performance data to inform product improvements and next steps.

Ensure projects are delivered on time with a focus on exceptional user experience.

End to end Ownership & Responsibility of the assigned products / features.

Ensure Technical Documentation & other collaterals are prepared to support the product / feature release before production phase & the project / feature completion documentation when the product or feature goes live.

Experienced in the entire product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre / post-launch execution.

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product management, finance, or technology.

2-5 years of experience in product management role in a growth stage tech company or related roles, ideally in fintech or investment platforms. (candidates with Fintech experience will have an advantage)

Strong technical skills that enable you to engage productively with technical teams as well as business acumen to deliver key results and report to top management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Interest in financial products, trading, or investment platforms is a plus.

Assessment Task :

After successfully completing the

first round of the technical interview , a task will be assigned. The

second technical round

will be scheduled based on the evaluation of the submitted work.
