Job Description – Electrical Designer (Onshore Oil & Gas)

Position : Electrical Designer

Experience : 10–15+ Years

Location : USA (Remote)

Industry : Oil & Gas – Onshore

Software Skills : CADWorx (Must), Revit (Added Advantage)

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed electrical design drawings, layouts, and 3D models using CADWorx .
• Support engineers in developing electrical design packages for onshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Work on cable routing, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, and equipment arrangement drawings.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs, technical deliverables, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, civil, instrumentation).
• Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and clash resolutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, project standards, and safety requirements.
• Update and maintain drawing revisions as per project workflow and engineering instructions.
