Salary Range- 6 LPA-9 LPA
Should be from the Luxury Furniture Industry
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring seamless communication.
Address client needs proactively and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and expectations.
Collaboration with Design & Dispatch Teams
Coordinate with in-house design and Dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Provide client feedback to the design team for incorporating into new furniture collections.
Ensure product quality meets the luxury standards expected by the clientele.
Sales & Reporting
Prepare and present sales forecasts, account status, and performance reports to Line Manager
Track key account performance metrics (e.g., revenue, order frequency, client satisfaction).
Client Consultation & Customization
Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, including space planning and aesthetic preferences.
Offer expert consultation on luxury furniture trends, material choices, and design concepts.
Post-Sales Support
Oversee delivery, installation, and after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction.
Handle any post-sales issues or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain client trust.
Brand Representation
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Ensure all interactions and communications uphold the luxury positioning of the brand.
