Overview

A Custom Policy developer is responsible for several Java related duties throughout the software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing

The developer is required to work excellently in all development aspects from grooming the stories and understanding the requirement gaps till developing and delivering the client requirements along with maintaining the Java based components

Duties and Responsibilities :

Domain knowledge of PC Insurance

Majesco Insurance product experience

Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle

Design implement and maintain Java based applications

Analyze user requirements to define business objectives

Develop and test software

Identify and resolve any technical issues arising

Prepare and produce releases of software components

Support continuous improvement investigating alternatives and technologies.

Mandatory Skills :

Must have good experience with Core Java J2EE Microservices Web Services

Must have good experience with JSP Java Script HTML

Must have good experience with GitSubversion SVN

Troubleshooting problems and analyzing solutions to them

Basic understanding of SQL scripts or PLSQL

Domain knowledge of PC Insurance

Majesco Insurance product experience.
