What You’ll Do

Identify and onboard new vendors for products, packaging, and materials.

Coordinate with sales, design, and logistics teams for smooth and timely procurement.

Request and compare supplier quotations; process purchase orders efficiently.

Maintain supplier database and develop a supplier rating system.

Suggest cost-saving or alternative sourcing ideas.

Collaborate with suppliers and QA to resolve product or packaging quality issues.

Monitor defective stock at the warehouse; ensure timely returns and replenishments.

Explore innovative, eco-friendly packaging ideas.

Support finance with invoice tracking, vendor payments, and provisioning.

You’re Perfect If You

Have 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying.

Speak fluent Hindi (you’ll need it to charm suppliers).

Are self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive under deadlines.

Don’t mind occasional travel to supplier locations.

Love working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven team.
