We’re Hiring : Relationship Manager / Sales Specialist

Locations : Multiples cities of Punjab

️ Department : Sales & Marketing

We’re reshaping education with engaging books, flashcards, life-skill boards, Olympiads , and more. Since our inception, we’ve been on a mission to make learning fun, practical, and impactful.

Now, we’re looking for passionate Relationship Managers who can help us take this vision to schools, bookstores, and distributors across India.

What You’ll Do

Be the Face of our company – Represent a bold, growing EdTech brand in your territory.

Sales & Lead Generation – Pitch our products (Books, Flashcards, Olympiad, etc.) to schools, distributors, and bookstores.

Product Promotion – Deliver impactful demos & training sessions, conduct school / market visits, and showcase our innovative tools.

Build Relationships – Convert prospects into long-term partners, manage accounts, and grow your territory.

Explore the Market – Identify opportunities, analyze local trends, and provide feedback that shapes our strategy.

Brand Advocacy – Represent us at expos, school fairs, and local events to create awareness and buzz.

Who You Are

A people-person with excellent communication in Hindi / English + local language.

Self-driven, confident, and ready to meet challenges & targets head-on.

Street-smart with strong sales & negotiation skills .

Graduate from any stream ( freshers with passion are welcome! ).

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with tech-enabled selling.

Ready to travel extensively for fieldwork.

Mandatory Requirement :

Two-wheeler with valid license at job location.
