Job descriptionPartner with the Global Business Services Transition team to develop and track timelines for P&C activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives across multiple function s.Craft detailed P&C plans for affected functions, covering all necessary activities to engage stakeholders and drive successful deliver y.Create a master position list to streamline cross-functional collaboration on role levelling, pricing, and recruitment effort Provide PMO support during weekly recruitment progress calls, keeping stakeholders informed of risks and issu es.Assist the Head of Transformation and Strategy with the compilation of the Recruitment Dashboard, tracking progress against key recruitment activiti Project Management Expertise : Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectiv ely.Stakeholder Management Sk ills : Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex environments, driving change and resolut ion.Communication Profici ency : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and engagin gly.Organizational Ac umen : Strong organizational abilities with experience in implementing PMO processes that enhance efficiency and minimize r isk.Technical Sk ills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Or gvue is a p us . Educatio al Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus!
