About the Role

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have a Hotel Management background and bring professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to ensure a smooth front desk and office experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.

Manage front desk operations including visitor entry, meeting room bookings etc.

Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling client / vendor meetings.

Handle courier, mail, and front-office supplies.

Maintain visitor logs, access cards, and ensure security protocols at the reception area.

Support HR / Administration in onboarding new employees (welcome kit, seating arrangements, induction).

Assist leadership with travel bookings, hospitality arrangements, and event coordination.

Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with company standards.

Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record keeping.

Requirements

Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in front desk / reception / admin roles, ideally in hospitality or corporate offices.

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance, grooming, and etiquette.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with visitor management systems is a plus.

Ability to multitask and handle client-facing responsibilities with confidence.
