What We Are Looking For

  • A hands-on Full Stack Developer with experience in end-to-end project delivery and deployment .
  • Proven track record in building applications across IT, Fintech, or E-commerce domains .
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI / Django) .
  • Working exposure to AI / ML integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) , DevOps tools (Docker, CI / CD, Kubernetes) , and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) .

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack applications .
  • Manage complete project lifecycles — from architecture and coding to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with design, data, and product teams to ensure smooth sprint delivery.
  • Maintain code quality, performance standards, and ensure timely releases.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and automation.

    • Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of proven experience in React.js, Node.js, and Python frameworks .
  • Delivered production-grade projects in IT, Fintech, or E-commerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of deployment practices , DevOps pipelines , and cloud-based delivery .
  • Prior experience in team collaboration or mentorship within Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
