Technical Skills The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and strong expertise in platform setup, configuration, and administration. They should possess advanced skills in environment monitoring, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting complex issues. Solid knowledge of high availability configurations, disaster recovery planning, and process automation using scripts or workflow management tools is required. Proficiency in AIX and Linux operating systems, including shell scripting and system administration tasks, is essential. The candidate should also be familiar with ITSM tools and processes, including incident, change, and problem management in enterprise environments. Additional skills in cloud infrastructure, job scheduling, workflow optimization, and data integration best practices will be advantageous. )
