Job descriptionQualification : B.Com or M.Com. Experience : 2–5 years in accounting, audit, taxation, or financial reporting (experience in a CA firm preferred). Strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a small team. Prior experience in a CA firm or financial consulting firm. Exposure to multiple client accounts across industries. Understanding of Indian accounting and taxation laws.
We are looking a Senior Finance Executive with strong accounting and financial management skills to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be a B.Com, M.Com graduate or CA Inter with 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or taxation, preferably with exposure to working in a CA firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate work delivery.
- Manage accounting operations and finalize financial statements.
- Handle direct and indirect tax filings, including GST and TDS compliance.
- Conduct internal and statutory audits and prepare related reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
