Job description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Data and Integration Operations team. This role demands a unique blend of leadership, execution, and collaboration, preferably with experience in fintech or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the Data and Integration Operations team.
Lead and mentor our cross-functional team across data analytics, support, and operations.
Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of local talent.
Foster a strong, values-aligned culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and excellence.
Cultivate close ties with leadership across product, engineering, and finance to ensure strategic alignment.
Oversee performance and reporting for the local data analytics team, ensuring insights inform business decisions.
Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes, and delivery tracking.

Requirements

10+ years of people and team management experience.

Prior experience leading a team of 25+ people.

A strong background in financial services, fintech, or related operational roles.

A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Must be based full-time in Coimbatore, with occasional travel to other locations.

Nice to Have

Experience working with or managing distributed / global teams.

Comfort navigating the fast pace and ambiguity of startup environments.
