About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Training Manager to lead capability-building initiatives across our (B2B) business partner vertical. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on sales effectiveness , leadership development , and skill enhancement to drive business growth and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute training programs for sales teams
• Facilitate workshops on soft skills and sales effectiveness
• Roll out leadership and managerial development programs for current and future leaders
• Engage proactively with all sales team members to identify and understand the specific challenges they face in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRAs).
• Analyze business opportunities and assess the current skill gaps within the sales team.
• Conduct training needs analysis , refreshers, and performance evaluations
• Track and report on training effectiveness , learning impact , and ROI
• Publish monthly / quarterly dashboards and insights on development progress
