Overseas Admission Manager - Direct Counselling

Job descriptionTeam Management : Lead a team of 8-10 coaches / country counselors, ensuring that monthly / yearly targets are achieved. Visa Compliance : Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications. Application Review : Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications. Relationship Building : Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries. Policy and Market Awareness : Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends. Student Support : Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions. Qualification and Skills : Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & hustler (must).
