Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience in MERN Stack : MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, sharding is a plus) Express.js (middleware, API structures, security implementations) React.js (hooks, context, Redux / Zustand, component architecture) Node.js (scalable API development, clustering, async programming) Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred) Basic to intermediate Java knowledge (OOPs, REST APIs, Spring Boot basics preferred). Strong command over REST APIs, JSON, WebSockets, API optimization. Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git workflow, Docker (preferred). Good knowledge of database performance tuning and data modeling. Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP is an added advantage.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with deep expertise across MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , along with basic Java knowledge to support cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in designing scalable architectures, leading modules, and delivering high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of complex, scalable applications using MERN Stack .
- Architect backend APIs, microservices, and database structures.
- Develop high-quality UI components with React.js , ensuring performance and responsiveness.
- Optimize server-side logic, manage API integrations, and handle advanced Node.js backend tasks.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
- Integrate and maintain modules requiring basic Java knowledge (legacy systems or API bridges).
- Implement security best practices, authentication systems, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth project delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and sprint planning.
