The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with industrial clients, and deliver tailored AI solutions that solve real operational challenges.
You’ll collaborate closely with technical and product teams to understand client needs and translate our technology into business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in manufacturing, automobile, energy, logistics, and other heavy industrial sectors.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Understand customer challenges, operational processes, and data environments to position our AI solutions effectively.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to decision-makers (operations, maintenance, IT, and executives).
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to tailor proposals, proofs of concept (POCs), and solution packages.
- Negotiate contracts, manage deal cycles, and ensure smooth handoff to customer success.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial software, or technology solutions.Background or strong interest in industrial automation, IoT, or AI / ML applications.Proven ability to build relationships with enterprise clients and manage complex sales cycles.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).What We Offer
