About Us

We are building a next-generation AI-driven learning and analytics platform and seeking AI Developers with 2–5 years of experience to join our core product engineering team .

Role Overview

Design and implement AI-powered learning , recommendation systems , and analytics features across mobile apps and web dashboards in a high-scale production environment . Collaborate with product , mobile , backend , and academic teams to translate complex learning workflows into robust, maintainable AI services .

Key Responsibilities

• Build and integrate ML models for adaptive learning paths , diagnostic assessments , content recommendations , and performance prediction .
• Develop and optimize AI services for mentorship copilots , doubt-resolution chatbots , and prescriptive / predictive analytics .
• Implement progression logic , mastery thresholds , and readiness scoring for gamified learning journeys and real-time dashboards .
• Design secure, efficient data pipelines for ingesting learner events, aggregating metrics, and generating reports and cohort benchmarks .
• Collaborate with mobile / web teams to expose AI capabilities through RESTful APIs , ensuring low-latency , high-reliability user experiences.
• Monitor model performance in production, debug issues, and iterate based on feedback.
• Follow best practices in security , compliance , logging , and observability .
