Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop detailed mechanical designs and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., PTC Creo, SolidWorks and AutoCAD / Ares).

Conduct design analysis and simulations to verify and validate design concepts.

Participate in prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure designs meet specifications and performance standards.

Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for assembly of the machines.

Generate Bill of Materials for assembly and procurement.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions into designs.

Assist in project management activities, including timeline development and progress tracking.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., PTC Creo, SolidWorks and AutoCAD / Ares)

Understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Basic understanding of design calculations.

Understanding of the assembly processes of machines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
