We are Hiring for Project Manager / Team Leader – Generation Transmission Distribution Experience

Skills :

  • Program / Project management experience in Utility / Power sector
  • Power G / T / D domain : SLDC / LDC processes, SAMAST, SCADA / EMS / DMS / OMS basics, metering / settlement, SAIDI / SAIFI.
  • Stakeholder management across DISCOM / TRANSCO / GENCO;
  • contract / SOW familiarity;

RFP / MoM writing.

Job Description :

  • Experience : 8–12 years (min. 3–5 years leading utility / GTD programs).
  • Own delivery for GTD-aligned programs (Open Access, SAMART, load Forecasting integrations, analytics).
  • Build WBS, schedules, budgets;
  • manage dependencies / risks;
  • publish dashboards;

    • ensure audit readiness.

  • Drive scope / change control;
  • lead cross‑functional squads;

    • coordinate OEMs / system integrators.

  • Chair governance (weekly / PMC / SteerCo), track KPIs, ensure sign‑offs (SIT / UAT / Go‑Live).
  • Mentor TLs / BA / Engineers;

    • enforce documentation and release hygiene.

  • Education : B.E / B.Tech in EE / EEE / ECE / CS or equivalent;

    • MBA / PM certification preferred.
