Preferred Background : Indian Fintech, BFSI, or E-commerce Startup Experience

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Tech Lead & Architect specializing in React (Web) and React Native (Mobile), who can both lead engineering teams and set technical direction for high-growth products. You'll play a key role in designing highly scalable front-end architectures,mentoring developers, and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and architect robust and scalable React / React Native applications for web and mobile platforms.
• Own the technical roadmap : drive decision-making on frameworks,architecture, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers to define and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Guide and mentor the development team on coding standards, code reviews,troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Architect and implement efficient state management, modular design, and code reusability strategies.
• Oversee API integration, security, and compliance-especially relevant in fintech / BFSI / e-commerce domains.
• Champion automation, CI / CD, testing frameworks, and release management for rapid delivery.
• Stay updated with new technologies and propose adoption where advantageous.
