Job description

Note- We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with prior hands-on experience as a developer and strong proficiency in coding.

The ideal candidate who plans, executes, and oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with .NET (Core / Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of version control tools like Git / GitHub / GitLab.
Experience with CI / CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps is a plus.
Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post deployment support.

Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI / UX designers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines.

Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python,SQL, etc.

Use Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.

Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.

Ensure code quality, performance optimization,and best engineering practices across teams.

Qualifications

BE / Btech / MCA or equivalent
