As a Community Management Intern , you'll be the voice and pulse of our student and alumni community. You'll support initiatives that build engagement, drive peer-to-peer connection, and enhance the overall NST experience through online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage actively with students across Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, and other internal platforms
- Drive and moderate discussions, sharing updates, resources, and celebrating community milestones
- Plan and execute virtual events, Q&A sessions, contests, and peer learning initiatives
- Collect student feedback and analyze community health / sentiment
- Collaborate with academic, tech, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth flow of communication
- Create and manage content calendars, including newsletters, polls, and community spotlights
- Support onboarding experiences for new students and assist in community orientation
You're a Great Fit If You :
Are a people-person with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAre currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, HR, or techAre enthusiastic about education, student life, and building meaningful communitiesAre organized, self-driven, and creative with strong problem-solving skillsHave prior experience in student councils, clubs, or online community management (preferred)Are comfortable working with digital tools like Notion, Canva, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.What You'll Gain :
