Job Title : Asset Management Engineer (Hardware & Software)

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka(5days WFO CV Raman Nagar)

About the Role :

We are seeking an Asset Management Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in both hardware and software asset management to join our IT Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, updating software entitlements, and optimizing licensing.

You will use ServiceNow for hardware assets and Snow Software for software license tracking, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Hardware Asset Management (HAM) :

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Use ServiceNow to maintain asset records, ensuring all hardware assets are accurately tracked in the CMDB.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and update CMDB records to maintain data accuracy.
• Implement and enforce asset management policies and best practices for hardware lifecycle processes.
