Role : Managing Director – Tech Services (ADMS Business Unit)

Location : India (Global focus – US & Europe geographies)

Compensation : ~₹1.2 Crores CTC

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Services Leader at the MD level to head our Application Development, Maintenance and Services (ADMS) BU, owning full P&L responsibility and driving growth across L1 / L2 / L3 support functions for US and Europe clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience : 23+ years in IT / Tech Services with strong expertise in ADMS / Managed Services.
Background : Currently working with a large tech services organization (Tier-1 or equivalent).
Leadership : Proven business builder who has scaled and managed large teams across global regions.
Commercial Acumen : Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, client engagement, and profitability.
Global Delivery : Strong experience in managing cross-border delivery for US and European markets.

ADMS : Application development, maintenance, and support.

What We’re Looking For

A visionary leader who combines strategic business leadership with hands-on execution.

Ability to own and expand a large P&L, while ensuring delivery excellence.

Proven record of building and scaling global AMS practices in large enterprises.
