Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bhopal. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and assisting with sales transactions. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to understand and explain products and services
• Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred
