About The Program

About The Team

The Marketing Diagnostics team at Labcorp drives strategic initiatives to promote Labcorp's diagnostic testing solutions across therapeutic areas. The team focuses on campaign development, digital optimization, and customer engagement to expand access to diagnostics that improve patient outcomes.

Role Overview

The Insights & Innovation Intern will explore how Labcorp's healthcare provider (HCP) onboarding experience compares to industry peers and identify opportunities for future innovation. This role emphasizes research, benchmarking, and creative ideation — focusing on how emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and personalization can enhance the provider experience.
