Dear Candidate,

ELenergy Lab, located in KIADB IT Park, Jala Hobli, Bengaluru, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a growing company specializing in quality testing and certification, we are looking for an individual who can contribute to our mission of excellence and integrity in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative & Documentation Control (DCO) Duties :

Financial Management : Maintain lab accounts, including income and expenses, using Zoho.

Documentation : Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, bills, and other related documents.

Record Keeping : Copy, scan, and file lab documents both physically and digitally, ensuring proper organization.

Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) : Prepare, proceed with, and complete ILCs.

Technical Documentation : Review and update technical documents such as manuals and workflows.

Audit Support : Assist with audits and perform administrative tasks as needed.

Compliance Tracking : Maintain compliant register and track the company's offence record.

HR Assistant Duties :

Employee Onboarding : Address employee questions and concerns related to HR policies during onboarding.

Employee Records Management : Organize and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Recruitment Support : Assist in the recruitment process under the supervision of the Lab Incharge.

Training Records : Maintain and update employee training records.

Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Performance Management Support : Provide administrative support for the performance management system.

Appointment Scheduling : Maintain appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings.

Client Interaction : Welcome clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.

Employee Data Compliance : Ensure employee data is handled and protected under applicable compliance laws.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration (BBA), or Computer Applications (BCA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Experience : 1–2 years in a similar administrative role.

Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Zoho is a plus; strong organizational and communication skills.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred.
