Job descriptionCan have a strong mix of Trade Marketing, Sales Development, Channel Development, and GT Sales Management. Mandatory : Minimum 1 year of working experience in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana territory. Proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing distributor networks, and driving market development. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager (South Region) to drive business growth and channel development across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general trade, trade marketing, sales development, and channel management, along with hands-on experience in managing distributor networks and teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and drive sales strategy for Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana territories.
- Manage distributor networks, ensure secondary sales growth, and optimize ROI.
- Drive trade marketing initiatives, channel development programs, and GT sales execution.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Track competition, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
- Ensure effective team management, capability building, and achievement of KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, supply chain) to deliver business goals.
Candidate Profile :
Education : MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes (pass-outs between 2014-2018 only).
Experience : Minimum 8-12 years in FMCG / Consumer Business.
