Responsibilities
This is a full-time role as a Partner-Wealth Management at InvesTek. The Candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional Sales & service to clients, ensuring that all their needs are met. Day-to-day tasks will include onboarding & Managing UHNW Clients Portfolio, monitoring and addressing any service issues, Acquiring & Growing wallet share on AUM (Asset Under Management) & Revenue for these Clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Knowledge & client experience.
Relationship Management and Client Acquisition & Cross Selling Wealth Products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial matters.Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences to develop customized wealth management strategies.Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess progress towards goals and make necessary adjustment to their financial plans.Cross Selling & generating revenue from Wealth Products such as Insurance, Mutual funds, Bonds, PMS, AIF, Private Equity etc.Accomplishing basic expected Business targets for the Month, Quarter & Financial year, for AUM & Revenue numbers.Conducting Client Acquisition events.Financial Planning and Analysis
Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess clients' current financial situations, including assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.Develop comprehensive financial plans that encompass investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management.Utilize financial planning software and tools to model various scenarios and strategies to optimize clients' wealth accumulation and preservation.Investment Management
Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon.Monitor financial markets and economic trends to identify opportunities and risks that may impact clients' portfolios.Perform due diligence on investment products, including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and mutual funds, to construct well-diversified portfolios.Wealth Preservation and Risk Management
Implement risk management strategies to protect clients' wealth against market volatility, inflation, and unforeseen events.Advise clients on insurance products, including life insurance, long-term care insurance, and liability insurance, to mitigate risks and preserve wealth for future generations.Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies governing the provision of financial services and advice.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial plans, and investment recommendations in accordance with regulatory standards.Collaboration Across Business Vertical
Assist in improving research quality fund recommendations to the Product & Investment Research team.Detailed analysis reports on companies, sector, and on industry.Coordination with various internal teams like Investment Banking, Lending, Insurance and Private Equity to offer complete solutions to Individuals and Institutions.Qualifications
